Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an existing appointment, you may do so through the confirmation e-mail for your appointment (if applicable), by calling 902-877-6608, or by emailing info@LiveWellPhysiotherapy.com.

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations are accepted via email, text or voicemail. Any appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a missed appointment/ insufficient notice fee of $75 (except in unusual emergency situations or sudden illness). In the case of scheduled Monday appointments, cancellation notice must be given by the prior Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.
