Live Well Physiotherapy is a social enterprise run by experienced rehab professionals who prioritize evidence-based, best practice rehab, professional growth, and lifelong learning. In addition to our personalized rehab services, we also offer low-cost group programming designed to make evidence-based rehab available to people facing financial challenges.

Jesse Robson, PT

Jesse loves a challenge, and particularly enjoys helping clients in difficult & complex situations. She has special interests and more than a decade of experience in chronic pain management, personalized fitness programming, pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum physiotherapy, active aging, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation.

After hours, Jesse enjoys singing, tennis, surfing, cooking, and chasing her toddlers around Lunenburg County.

  • Master's of Science, Physiotherapy, Dalhousie University (Helen Saarinen Rahikka National Student Leadership Award, Canadian Physiotherapy Association Seniors' Health Division National Student Award, Dalhousie Physiotherapy Award for Highest Achievement in Neurotherapeutics, Doctors NS Strive Award for Happily Ever Active)

  • Bachelor of Science, Neuroscience, McGill University (National Loran Scholar)

  • Certified Seniors' Fitness Instructor (previously a master trainer of seniors' fitness instructors)

  • Institute of Clinical Excellence courses in perinatal rehab/fitness and modern management of the older adult

  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist (training in incontinence, pelvic & genital pain, sexual function, pregnancy & postpartum rehab, ano-rectal dysfunction)

  • STOTT Pilates Instructor

  • Tai Chi for Health Instructor

  • Nordic Pole Walking Instructor

  • Postgraduate training in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, cancer rehabilitation, management of complex pain, grief-informed care

  • Completed a year-long mentorship program in chronic pain management (Canadian Physiotherapy Association's Pain Science Division)

 Occupational Therapist

Natalie Lussin, OT

Natalie has a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queens University, and an Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. She has been registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia since 2018 when she relocated to the beautiful South Shore. She also maintains memberships with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists as well as the Nova Scotia Society of Occupational Therapists. 

As an OT, she works to promote function in everyday life. She has experience working with people across the lifespan. As a previous Falls Prevention Coordinator, Natalie has a particular interest in helping people enjoy living safely in their own homes, she also focuses on the following:

  • home safety equipment prescription

  • mobility aid prescription (including wheelchairs)

  • chronic pain management

  • ergonomics 

  • post concussion rehab

 

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family including her son and twin toddlers. You’ll see her at the beach with the double stroller!
